Dear Brother and Sisters,

The time to act is now. The Bush administration is gearing up for a full scale war against Iraq and many other countries around the world. This war will be paid for not only by the Iraqi people but millions of working people in the US. From the attacks on all our democratic rights with the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security Acts to the massive budget cuts and union busting, we are under assault. Already United Airlines is preparing to possibly liquidate once the war starts. Tens of thousands of workers in the bay area will pay the cost of this criminal war against the people of Iraq and the world.

Join bus drivers, postal workers, teachers, railroad workers, airline workers,media workers, longshoremen, healthcare workers, hotel workers, food workers, construction workers, teamsters, public workers from city, state and federal agencies.

We will be having labor contingents from media/communication workers, transportation workers and others. We need your physical presence to let this government know and for all people to know.
