FEDS TO TAKE OVER NYC OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 15...BUT IS THE GOAL
RACKETBUSTING, OR GUTTING UNION WORK RULES????

Greetings: It must be racketbusting because our Union work rules are a thing
of the past.

Our International general president down to the field agent has sold out the
rank & file membership. IF it was not so sad, it would be a joke. OE's have
become the laughing stock of the industry.

OE's are required to operate five or more pieces of equipment during their
shift. Sweetheart deals has destroyed their pay and SOME union contractors are
not even required to pay contribution dollars.

Our International pipeline agreement has members laying big pipe for small
pipe scale.

Few IF any contractors respect us because our membership allows the rape to
continue.

As a Life member I welcome the investigation by the Feds, maybe it will wake
up the membership before its to late.

I mean: 14 Vice Presidents being paid what they get. Now we know you can buy
the position for $80,000. Do the math 13 times $80,000= $1,040,000.00. Why not
14 times you ask, even Hanley would not charge his SON would he? Or maybe he
did, the DRB.

When you figure its all about money and to hell with the membership, there it
is. Since 1939 the membership in Ohio has allowed this nonsense and finally
after years of illegal elections, cover up by the International and even the
Feds, including rubber stamping unconstitutional By-law changes ... We now might
be able to prevent further run on our Pension Fund. Remember they made off
with over $700,000,000.00 and got away with it.
