Joining thousands of Japanese and Korean trade unionists in Tokyo on November 6, 2005, AMFA workers spoke about the struggle of the NWA mechanics. A large delegation from the ILWU also participated. Over $4,000 was raised in donations and received warm support from the rally participants. The union members and leaders also committed to build international solidarity for the Korea general strike on November 28, 2005 against casualization and part time/temporary work.
